Information You Submit
Search Terms
When a name, county, or other lookup detail is entered into a search tool, the query is sent to the third-party provider that powers that tool. Wabash County Inmate Population does not keep its own permanent log of those search terms.
Messages
If you email us or use a contact form, we keep the information needed to review and answer the message. We do not share contact messages outside our organization unless a valid legal requirement says we must.
Automatic Site Data
Like most websites, the site receives technical details when pages load. That data helps with security, page performance, and basic usage reporting.
- IP address.
- Browser name and version.
- Device type and operating system.
- Pages viewed and approximate time spent on them.
- Referring page or website, when available.
- Date and time stamps.
Cookies
Cookies and similar tools may be used to understand site use, measure ads, and keep basic features working. Browser settings can block or delete cookies, though some pages or partner tools may behave differently when cookies are disabled.
How Data Is Used
- To keep pages available, readable, and reasonably fast.
- To send search requests to the correct partner service.
- To understand which Wabash County record pages are most useful.
- To diagnose broken links, page errors, and security issues.
- To display advertising that may be based on broad visitor interests.
Outside Links
The site links to Wabash County jail resources, sheriff pages, court portals, Indiana Department of Correction pages, federal locators, and outside search services. Once you leave this site, the other site's privacy policy and terms control how your activity is handled.
Advertising partners may use their own systems to measure views or show interest-based ads across websites. That tracking is controlled by those partners, not by Wabash County Inmate Population.
